- Find your product. Use the search bar or browse Games, Gift Cards, Top-Ups or Subscriptions.
- Check the details. Read the platform, region, edition or value on the product page and make sure they match your account and device.
- Add to cart. For top-ups, enter your player ID and server exactly as they appear in the game.
- Check out. Enter an email address you can access, review the total and currency shown at checkout, and choose a payment method.
- Receive your product. After payment is confirmed, your code appears in your order details and order email, or your top-up is credited to the account you entered.
- Redeem it. Activate the code on the correct platform. See Activation Help for general steps.
Before you buy: quick checklist
- Is the platform right (PC launcher, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, mobile)?
- Does the region match the country of your account?
- For gift cards, does the currency match your account?
- For top-ups, is the player ID and server correct?
- Is your email address correct?
