Every platform has its own redemption screen, and menus can change over time. The steps below are general guidance. Always follow the instructions on the product page and on the platform itself.
Game keys on PC launchers
- Install and open the launcher named on the product page, and sign in.
- Find the option to activate or redeem a product code, usually in the account or library menu.
- Enter the key exactly as shown in your order and confirm.
- The game appears in your library, ready to download.
Console codes and gift cards
- Sign in to your console account or the platform’s website with an account from the region shown on the product.
- Open the store and choose the option to redeem a code.
- Enter the code and confirm. The content or balance is added to your account.
Game top-ups
Top-ups do not need a code. They are credited to the player ID and server you entered when ordering. After delivery, restart the game and check your balance. If it does not appear, see the top-up FAQ.
Subscriptions
Sign in to the service, open the section for redeeming codes or gift cards, and enter your code. Some services do not allow a code to be added while a conflicting plan is active; check the product page for any requirement.
If a code does not work
- Check the platform and region of your account against the product page.
- Copy and paste the code, or check similar characters such as 0/O and 1/I.
- Do not try the code many times; repeated attempts can lock redemption temporarily.
- Take a screenshot of the error message.
- Contact support with your order number and the screenshot.
