1. Third-party brands and trademarks
KEYPLO sells digital products for games, platforms and digital services made by other companies. Names, logos, game titles, characters, console names and other trademarks shown on the website belong to their respective owners.
We use these names and images only to identify the products we offer. Their appearance on KEYPLO does not mean that KEYPLO is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or an official partner of any of these companies, including for example Steam or Valve, PlayStation or Sony, Xbox or Microsoft, Nintendo, EA, Epic Games or Riot Games, unless a page clearly states that an official relationship exists.
2. KEYPLO’s own content
The KEYPLO name, logo, website design and original texts are protected. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written permission, except where the law allows.
3. Reporting an intellectual property concern
We respect the rights of others. If you are a rights holder, or are authorized to act for one, and believe that content or a listing on KEYPLO infringes your rights, please send a notice through our Contact page (topic “Legal / intellectual property request”). Please include:
- your name, organization and contact details;
- the right concerned (for example a registered trademark or copyright) and, where possible, a registration reference;
- the exact page URL(s) and what you believe is infringing;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
4. What happens next
We review every complete notice. Where appropriate, we may remove or edit the content, ask for more information, or explain why we believe the use is lawful. We may share the notice with the party responsible for the content where that is needed to resolve it. Notices that are incomplete or clearly unfounded may not be acted on.
