- create one personal account and keep it secure;
- contact support about genuine issues with your orders.
You may not
- use stolen, borrowed or unauthorized payment methods or accounts;
- provide false identity, contact or payment information;
- make false claims that a product was not delivered or does not work;
- misuse refunds, promotions or chargebacks;
- resell products where the product, platform or our terms do not allow it;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools to place orders, collect data or overload the website, unless we have given written permission;
- attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or test the website’s security without authorization;
- upload or send malware, spam, or unlawful, abusive or harassing content, including to our support team;
- use KEYPLO for money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other illegal activity;
- impersonate KEYPLO, its staff or other companies.
Platform rules
Products are used on third-party platforms with their own rules. You are responsible for following those rules when you redeem and use a product.
What happens if this policy is broken
Depending on the seriousness of the case, we may warn you, cancel pending orders, limit or suspend your account, close it, or report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities or payment providers. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to respond. This does not affect refunds you are entitled to by law.
Reporting misuse
If you notice fraud, a security problem or misuse of KEYPLO, please contact us. Please do not publicly share details of a security issue until we have had a chance to fix it.
