What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. They help a website remember information between pages and visits.
Categories we use or may use
Essential cookies – in use
Needed for the website and store to work. They keep your cart, protect checkout and keep you signed in. They cannot be switched off in our systems, although you can block them in your browser, which may stop parts of the website from working.
Functional cookies – in use
Remember choices you make, such as your preferred display currency.
Analytics and attribution cookies
Help us understand how visitors arrive at and use the website. The store currently uses the order attribution feature built into WooCommerce, described in the table below. We do not currently use third-party analytics services. If we add any, they will be listed here and, where required, will only run after you give consent.
Marketing cookies – not currently used
Used to show relevant advertising or measure campaigns. KEYPLO does not currently use advertising cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

Cookie names and durations can change when the store software is updated. We review this list periodically.
Third-party cookies
Payment providers may set their own cookies on their payment pages or forms, for example for security and fraud prevention. These are controlled by the provider and described in its own privacy and cookie notices.
Managing cookies
You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from using the cart, checkout or your account. A cookie preferences tool for non-essential cookies will be added to the website where required.
